退換商品 Return Policy

1. 在您收到商品後，請在打開外包裝前先確認是您所訂購的商品。已打開外包裝的商品不予退換。

2. 若您收到的貨物不是您所訂購的或有損壞的，請在7天內聯繫我門。所退換商品需外包裝完好，並在30天內寄達我處。

3. 退換商品需妥善包裝，並附上您的訂單編號，郵箱地址，電話號碼，郵寄地址，並註明您需要退款或更換商品，寄給我們。我們會在收到商品後處理退換事宜。

1. When you receive the products, check if the products are those you have ordered. Make sure they are right before you open the product package. Opened products are not returnable.

2. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from us, please contact us within 7 days after the receipt of the products. The returned products should be unused and reach us within thirty days of receipt for refund or exchange.

3. Products may be returned by post in accordance with the following procedure: repackage the products securely and send the products together with your order reference, e-mail address, telephone number, posting address, and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement.  We need to receive the products first before we can process the return.
